With high levels of uncertainty, substantial technology transformation, various new business models, and several class action lawsuits over the last couple of years, the time is right for the residential real estate industry to accept the mantle of transforming itself to a new bar and to redesign and improve the overall homebuyer and home seller experience.

To empower the real estate industry and its stakeholders to progressively work to take on the challenges that are associated with change, T3 Sixty has decided to research and publish The Opportunity Report.

Interviews and research is led by industry visionary Stefan Swanepoel, founder of T3 Sixty and author of over 50 books and reports, including the Definitive Analysis of Negative Game Changers in Real Estate (THE DANGER REPORT), researched in 2014 and published in 2015.

Analogous to that study, this study will again draw from extensive one-on-one interviews with industry leaders conducted by Stefan. This time however the focus of the interviews and research is on the opportunities that lay ahead for the residential real estate brokerage industry.

Publication Date is slated for January 2025.
